RETURN & REFUND
www.starwars-sale.comonline site makes sales based on our excellent designs and affordable price . We have a QA team to ensure products are qualified to be sent out and we strive to ensure the highest quality products. However, you do need to carefully confirm your size before buying ( size measurements is displayed in each item’s listing page). If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or refund.


Easy Exchanges:
Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? Please inform us of new item’ SKU number and size/color.


Refund:
Our Finance Department will arrange full refund to you in 15 working days after we receive the returned items in warehouse. You can either use this credit amount on future orders.


Returns & Exchanges Policy:
All returns(except swimwear and flash sale items and bags)should be delivered back to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt.
For Hygiene reasons, swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange.
Swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if only it is defective or incorrect item.
Please ensure that swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear.
Flash sale items and bags are not eligible to be returned for any reasons.
Items returned should be unused, undamaged, with clothes tags but without peculiar smell or perfume, and in original wrappings.

Please also note:
Products which are not in the same conditions as they were delivered or which have been used beyond the mere opening shall not be returned or refunded.
A return tracking number will be recommended for a safe delivery and standard shipping (ordinary mail service ) will be recommended.
Buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, we do not offer Freight To Collect(FTC)service
Please note that if returned parcel causes any import tax fee, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost or decline the return.
Refund will be made using the same method you used to make payment. And either return or exchange will only be arranged when we confirm the products delivered back successfully.
We do not accept return without reason or communication.

Return Procedure:
Step 1:Please contact our customer service and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
Step 2: After receiving return instructions from us, please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing..
Step 3: Add your order number(13 numbers) inside the parcel . (Simply go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number, and write it down or print it out).
Step 4: Take the package to your local post office and send it out. Take down the return tracking number and send it to our service team.
Please allow 10 to 25 business days for return package in transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return parcel arrived at our Fulfillment Center. We’ll email you once we process your return or exchange. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


Order cancellation
Orders cancelled within 24 hours from the time of the payment made will be refunded in full amount. For orders need to be cancelled after 24 hours of your payment time and we haven’t shipped , we have to deduct 15% from your payment amount as cancellation fee.
We will Not accept order cancellation request once the order has been shipped. There is no need to request to cancel the order if you just want to change colors or sizes in the order.
